Shipping and Returns

1) SHIPPING

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The merchandise travels at the buyer’s own risk, so we advise insuring valuable shipments. We pack carefully but cannot be held responsible for breakages due to the fragility of many of our items. If you do not sign for delivery with “goods unchecked” and file any claims within the specified time, the carriers do not assume responsibility.

The shipping costs we apply are those charged by the shipping agency; we do not add any surcharge for this service or for packing materials.

In the event of damage during transportation, notify the carrier by email within 24-48 hours and inform us so we can file the claim.

Delivery Times

For shipments within Spain, as long as items are in stock, delivery should occur within approximately 24-48 hours via the selected agency.

Due to the handmade nature of many of our items, if they are out of stock, delivery time will depend on the workshops and artisans. We will inform you for each specific order to confirm availability.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs depend on the destination, total order amount, shipping agency (NACEX), and payment method (credit card or PayPal).

At the end of the purchase process, you will be able to choose the option that best suits your needs and view the shipping price.

As an example: For a standard shipment paid by card, shipping costs approximately €7-8.

2) RETURNS

The items offered in our store are backed by important brands.

Providing the highest quality and best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days, from the date of delivery, to return it. (According to art.101 of Law 1/2007, November 16.) Right of withdrawal for catalog purchases.

The product must be returned as it was delivered, meaning unused and in its original packaging.

The shipping and collection costs for returns will be covered by the customer.

To complete a return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original, unbroken packaging.

No refunds will be issued for items that do not arrive in perfect condition and in optimal packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at clients@pessebres.com explaining the reason for the return.

Once the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and its condition has been checked, we will proceed with a refund according to the customer’s original payment method.

Returns of defective or incorrect products will be accepted. Upon receipt, we will verify the defect or error, and if confirmed, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

This must be communicated within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

All returns must be sent via a courier or postal service with prepaid shipping; otherwise, they will be returned.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used.
